By Thomas Kallies | Nov 19, 2013

Alan Anton filed suit Nov. 7 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Windy Landings Inc., doing business as Taco Bell.

According to the complaint, Anton was at the Taco Bell at 1501 River Oaks Drive in Calumet City in November of 2011 when he was injured.

Anton claims there was an accumulation of water on the floor that caused him to slip and fall. He is suing for negligence, claiming that Taco Bell failed to provide a safe area for customers to walk.

Anton is seeking more than $30,000 in damages and is being represented by Chicago attorney Rhonda L. Walker.
