A woman is suing over an alleged tip and fall incident at a strip mall.
Liliana Ramos filed a lawsuit Jan. 23 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Independence Family Dental Care Inc. and Schorsch Forest View-Unit "A" LLC, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Ramos suffered injuries on Nov. 5, 2012 after she tripped over uneven sidewalk squares in front of Independence Family Dental Care at Schorsch Forest View Shopping Center. The defendants are accused of failing to maintain their premises.
Ramos is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by attorneys Levin, Riback Law Group P.C.
