According to the complaint, Kosanovich was making a delivery in the loading dock area at Dominick's on South Cumberland Avenue in Park Ridge as an employee of Hostess Brands Inc. on Aug. 16, 2012, when he tripped on a hole in the concrete and was injured.

Kosanovich is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limit and is being represented by attorney Ryan A. Margulis of Seidman Margulis & Fairman LLP.
