Domenico Di Vito filed a lawsuit April 16 in the Cook County Circuit Court against A.W. Chesterton Co., Crane Co. and several others.

According to the complaint, Di Vito was exposed to asbestos through occupational activities as a pipe fitter and non-occupational projects in which he used products designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold by the defendants.
