A woman is suing a Naperville company, claiming it failed to pay her a cut of the financing she arranged for it.

Mary McGuire filed a lawsuit June 2 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Tezzaron Semiconductor Corp., citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, McGuire entered into an agreement to arrange financing for Tezzaron for 5-percent of the amount on May 23, 2013. She claims she secured financing for the company on Sept. 18 in the amount of $5,300,000 from Barnett Capital Ltd., which she asserts entitles her to a payment of $267,000.

McGuire alleges Tezzaron has failed to pay her and is suing for $267,000, plus damages and costs of the suit. She is being represented in the case by attorney Arthur F. Radke of Radke Law Office LLC.
