An orthopedic patient is suing his doctor after allegedly suffering injury following treatment.

Joseph Neudenbach filed suit June 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against Alex Orthopaedics LLC and Dr. Peter Snitovsky.

According to the complaint, Neudenbach was under the care of the defendants beginning on Sept. 20 for a fracture. During the course of treatment, Neudenbachclaims the defendants failed to properly monitor him and set his fracture.

As a result of the defendants' negligent actions, the suit alleges Neudenbach suffered severe and permanent injuries.

Neudenbach is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 and is represented by Chicago attorney David J. Heyer.
