A woman is suing over an alleged slip and fall in her Chicago apartment building.

Rosa Williams filed a lawsuit in the Cook County Circuit Court against 600 Wabash Studios LP, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Williams was walking in the defendant's building to her apartment on South Wabash Avenue on July 5, 2013, when she slipped on wet floors and sustained injury.

Williams is seeking more than $50,000 in damages, plus attorney's fees, and is being represented in the case by Santilli Law Group Ltd. in Chicago.
