A Michigan-based law firm with a Chicago office is suing a company over claims it has not paid it for its legal services.
Clark Hill PLC filed a lawsuit Oct. 1 in the Cook County Circuit Court against C.P.R. Medical Billing Associates Inc., alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the defendant retained Clark Hill for legal services on Nov. 25, 2009, but has failed to pay the remaining balance.
Clark Hill is seeking the $116,900 in damages and is being represented in the case by attorney Michael S. Baim of The CKB Firm in Chicago.
