A Chicago law firm is suing a company it claims has failed to pay its bill.

A Chicago law firm is suing a company it claims has failed to pay its bill.

Gene Moskowitz and Associates filed a breach of contract lawsuit Jan. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court against ixmation Inc.

According to the complaint, Gene Moskowitz provided ixmation with legal services and despite demands for payment, the defendant has not paid its $67,012.30 bill.

Moskowitz is seeking that amount, as well as pre-judgement interest, and is representing his own firm.
