According to the complaint, Filippo Cannella lived at Lexington Health Care Center between Oct. 16-Nov. 8, 2013. Cannella seeks damages of more than $50,000. She is represented by attorneys Susan L. Novosad and Daisy Ayllon of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
