Patient blames estate of dead chiropractor for back problems

Chiropractor

CHICAGO —  A patient is suing the estate of her former chiropractor, alleging his negligence caused her pain and injury.

Priscilla Hash filed a lawsuit March 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against Andrea Nicole Pasminski, an estate personal representative of Dr. Andrew Paminski, alleging the decedent failed to properly perform chiropractic treatment.

According to the complaint, on April 7, 2014, Hash suffered permanent neurological injury to her lower extremity at Dr. Paminski's Chicago clinic. The suit says Paminksi wrongfully manipulated her foot and ankle in giving chiropractic treatment.

Paminski died Jan. 18, 2015.

Hash seeks more than $50,000, plus legal costs. She is represented by attorney Paul McMahon of Costello, McMahon, Burke & Murphy, Ltd. in Chicago in Illinois.
