CHICAGO — A plastic surgeon is suing a woman he allegedly impregnated, claiming humiliation, damage to his reputation and economic loss.
Elton X. Tinsley filed a complaint on April 27 in Cook County Circuit Court against Victoria L. Pewitte, alleging that Pewitte made false statements about him.
The plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages to his reputation and holds the defendant responsible because she allegedly made defamatory statements about him.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Stephen J. Dine of Stephen J. Dine Law in Chicago.
