CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate has filed a suit against Glenshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre Ltd., a nursing care facility, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Joel Jacinto, as independent administrator for the estate of Mary Lou Jacinto, filed a complaint on June 21, in the Cook County Circuit Court against Glenshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre, Ltd. alleging that the nursing care facility failed to provide proper care to Mary Lou Jacinto while she was staying at their facility.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, between November 2013 and January 2014, Mary Lou Jacinto experienced several medical conditions including skin breakdown and sepsis.
