CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate is suing Peterson Park Associates LLC, Peterson Park Associates LLC d/b/a Peterson Park Health Care Center and Peterson Park Health Care Center, alleging negligence in nursing home care.

Ed Esho, as independent administrator to collect of the estate of Wardia Iesho, filed a complaint on July 11 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Iesho.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in July 2014, Iesho sustained permanent injuries as the result of falling from her wheelchair.
