CHICAGO — A patient is suing a doctor, identified as Sayed Moeed, and the Metro Medical Group TD practice, alleging negligence.
Virginia Wright filed a complaint Aug. 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging they failed to provide her with proper medical care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in September 2014, she sustained severe physical injuries from suffering a stroke. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for an alleged failure to properly evaluate her condition and provide appropriate treatment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for damages of more than $50,000, plus court costs. She is represented by Nancy L. Hirsch of Law Offices of Nancy L. Hirsch in Chicago.
