CHICAGO — A nursing home resident's family is suing Belhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; and Infinity Healthcare Management of Illinois LLC, alleging negligence in care.

Ada Lee, as attorney in fact for Herman Lee, filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Herman Lee.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Herman Lee suffered from a fall that fractured his right hip and contributed to the deterioration of his health. The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Jordan S. Powell and W. Kent Winingham of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
