Medline Industries claims customer didn't pay for goods

Medical supplies maker Medline Industries is suing Florida-based Riverfront Acquisition 1 LLC., which does business as Bayvue Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, citing alleged breach of contract.

CHICAGO — Medical supplies maker Medline Industries is suing Florida-based Riverfront Acquisition 1 LLC., which does business as Bayvue Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, citing alleged breach of contract.

Medline filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court against Riverfront, alleging the defendant company failed to pay for goods delivered by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $34.313.01 plus interest of $1,607.40, attorney's fees of $350 and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Brian C. Berlin of The CKB Firm in Chicago.
