CHICAGO — A patron is suing Fun & Cocktails Inc., which does business as Premium 127 Night Club, the club's owners and a minor who allegedly shot him, alleging the club sold alcohol to the minor and allowed him the minor to shoot the plaintiff at the club.

Henry Bays filed a lawsuit on March 9 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging the minor shot him with a gun on the club's premises on April 11, 2016.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate security at their establishment to prevent the shooting.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs. He is represented by Conrad Szewczyk of Conrad Szewczyk & Associates in Chicago.
