Garden Court Townhome Association Board allegedly failed to fix sewage pipe

CHICAGO — A Chicago woman is suing Garden Court Townhome Association Board, Andrew J. Chrucky, Bernardo Y. Castillo Jr., the estate of Mary G. Bianco, Linda Anne Donohoe, Jean M. Rohr, Joshua J. Yang, Benjamine Recchie and Connected Management Company LLC for allegedly failing to properly repair a pipe that had repeatedly flooded the plaintiff's home with sewage.

Mary E. Ahern filed a lawsuit on March 28 in the Cook County Circuit Court alleging that the defendants caused property damage to her home.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she sustained significant damages to her property after it was flooded by sewage. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to repair the pipe.

The plaintiff requests the defendants repair or replace the sewage pipe connected to her residence and seeks court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Mary E. Ahern of Mary E. Ahern pro se in Chicago.
