CHICAGO — A man is suing Northwestern University Lake Forest Hospital, Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and four doctors, alleging a missed diagnosis led to his relative's death.

Barry D. Goldberg, independent executor of the estate of Barth H. Goldberg, filed a complaint on April 25 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging they failed to provide proper medical care to Barth Goldberg.
