CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Kindred Chicago Central Hospital, citing alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence.

Janet Roberison-Flowers, as independent administrator of the estate of Gregory Harris, filed a complaint on May 1 in Cook County Circuit Court against the hospital alleging it failed to provide proper care to Harris.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Harris experienced pain from pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because it allegedly failed to provide adequate supervision and assistance to prevent Harris from developing pressure ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Marc Weissman of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
