Southwest Traders seeks nearly $600,000 in unpaid loan from Barrington business

A California food distributor is suing Spring Creek Holdings LLC and Jerold D. Isaacson, citing alleged breach of contract for an outstanding loan.

CHICAGO — A California food distributor is suing Spring Creek Holdings LLC and Jerold D. Isaacson, citing alleged breach of contract for an outstanding loan.

Southwest Traders Inc. filed a complaint on April 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against the defendants alleging they failed to pay the plaintiff back the whole amount of a loan.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $599,977 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by John E. Bucheit and Peter S. Roeser of Roeser Bucheit & Graham LLC in Chicago.
