CHICAGO — A couple is suing Arkadiusz Grochowski M.D.; UnityPoint Health-Pekin; and Pekin Hospital Pain Management LLC, alleging negligence for a botched epidural injection.
Noah Lenne and Lorri Lenne filed a complaint on May 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they failed to provide proper medical care to Noah Lenne.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege Lenne experienced pain from an improperly administered epidural steroid injection. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible because Grochowski allegedly failed to properly perform the epidural steroid injection to the plaintiff.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by Jill M. Webb of the Law Office of Jill M. Webb LLC in Chicago.
