CHICAGO — An individual is suing The Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Centre Inc., a nursing facility, for allegedly failing to address his risk of falls.

David Lackowski filed a complaint on June 6 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendant alleging it failed to provide proper care to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he was injured in a fall because the defendant allegedly failed to provide adequate supervision and assistance to him to address his risk of falling.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by David S. Petrich of Sandman, Levy and Petrich LLC in Chicago.
