A labor group is suing Any Time Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

CHICAGO — A labor group is suing Any Time Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

Sheet Metal Workers' International Association Local Union No. 265 and several of its funds filed a complaint on June 26 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendant failed to remit its employees' contribution.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege the defendant breached its agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make $44,835.95 in fringe benefit contributions to the funds.

The plaintiffs seek all sums due to the plaintiff, damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Catherine M. Chapman and Cecilia M. Scanlon of Baum Sigman Auerbach & Neuman, Ltd. in Chicago.
