Food 4 Less Inc. allegedly failed to prevent physical altercation

CHICAGO —  A man is suing Food 4 Less Inc., claiming store security guards battered him. 

Elmo Perkins filed a complaint on July 19 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained physical injuries from being physically attacked by unknown security guards and thrown to the ground. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate security to prevent a physical altercation in its establishment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Gregory E. Kulis & Associates Ltd. in Chicago.
