CHICAGO — A mother is suing doctor Natalie Domek and Podiatry Plus P.C. for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries to her daughter.

Jennie Vega Vazquez filed a complaint on July 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging her daughter experienced pain due to the defendants allegedly conducting a Winograd procedure to remove an ingrown too soon after an initial toe nail procedure. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to diagnose her daughter's condition before performing a Winograd procedure on her.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kevin P. Durkin and Tracy A. Brammeier of Clifford Law Offices P.C. in Chicago.
