CHICAGO — A man is suing doctor Peter Snitovsky and Alex Orthopaedics LLC for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Jesus Torres filed a complaint on July 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he experienced pain from post operative complications that allegedly caused permanent damages to his left leg and foot. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to address excessive blood loss during surgery.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Jeffrey J. Tallis of Faklis, Tallis & Mead PC in Chicago.
