CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. David R. Schatz, Associates in Internal Medicine Ltd., Lakefront Medical Associates LLC, Chicago Health Medical Group and West Suburban Medical Center for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Hazel Grayson filed a complaint on Aug. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained serious physical injuries due to extensive pulmonary fibrosis. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose her condition and provide the appropriate treatment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Susan E. Loggans & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
