CHICAGO — Two people are suing Dr. Alexander P. Nagle, Northwestern Medical Center and Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation for alleged negligence.
Dorothy Lowery-Harris and Glenn Harris filed a complaint on Aug. 10 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Lowery-Harris sustained serious physical injuries after defendants allegedly failed to properly perform a bariatric procedure on her.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Michael C. Goode of Law Office of Steven A. Denny P.C. in Chicago.
