Robin's Nest Senior Assisted Living allegedly failed to prevent patient from falling

CHICAGO — A man is suing Robin's Nest Senior Assisted Living for alleged negligence.

Kenneth Marschall, independent executor of the estate of Joseph Marschall, filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to provide Marschall with proper medical care.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Marschall experienced pain and injuries from falling, including a fractured hip. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Marschall to address his risk of falling.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Kelly A. Sabo of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
