CHICAGO — A woman is suing Capital Fitness Inc. and related entities for alleged liability and negligence.
Ann Ertsas filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries while getting a massage.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Gary P. Stone of Karchmar & Stone in Chicago.
