CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Abbas Y. Rampurwala, Dr. Mujahid Hussain and Presence Saint Joseph Hospital for alleged negligence in the treatment of his relative.

James Kuzyk, administrator of the estate of Debra Kuzyk, filed a complaint on Sept. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Debra Kuzyk sustained serious physical injuries that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her overall health. The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $30,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Scott Barber of Barber Law Offices LLC in Schaumburg.
