By Louie Torres | Oct 19, 2017

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Advocate Christ Medical Center for allegedly failing to turn over medical records.

Angela Bilo, authorized relative for Frank Bilo Sr., filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants refused to provide requested documents to an authorized representative.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Michael Bilo, Frank Bilo Sr.'s surviving son, was denied access to medical records for his father.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants and the release of all lab tests, progress notes, personal notes, consultation reports, history and physical examination reports, admission notes, physician order forms, operative reports, post anesthesia records and all other records, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Terrence E. Davey and Kelly A. Sabo of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
