CHICAGO — A woman is suing Xsport Fitness and Capital Fitness Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Cuiping Li filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was injured March 7, 2016, when she slipped on a liquid substance that allegedly was left on the floor.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by M. Andrew Hamilton P.C. in Chicago.
