CHICAGO — A worker is suing James McHugh Construction Co. for alleged liability and negligence.

Dominic Dicosola Jr. filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he fell on June 21 when his foot got caught in an exposed plastic visqueen, allegedly causing injuries to his right foot and leg. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to fix the masonite panel that had come apart, despite allegedly being notified about the issue many times.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Mark G. Adler of Adler & Adler P.C. in Chicago.
