CHICAGO — A man is suing The Claremont - Hanover Parks, Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Symphony of Hanover Park LLC, NuCare Services Corp., Maestro Consulting Services LLC and several nurses for alleged negligence.

Robert Salmer, independent administrator of the estate of Marie Salmer, filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Marie Salmer dislocated a femoral prosthesis when her leg allegedly was caught under a wheelchair. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to recognize and treat her left hip injury and provide the necessary treatment when she informed them she was experiencing severe pain.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that would sufficiently compensate for her injuries and damages. He is represented by Paul D. Richter and Caitlin K. Finnegan of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
