CHICAGO — A woman is suing Grande Cheese Company, Danelli's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, Christopher Daniels and John Daniels for alleged negligence.
Colene Forde filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries on Oct. 21, 2015, when she allegedly tripped and fell. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to warn her about the defective condition of a front stair.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Michael Malatesta of Malatesta Law Offices LLC in Chicago.
