CHICAGO — A man is suing Palos Community Hospital, Dr. Daniel A. Pacella, Daniel A. Pacella D.O.P.C. and Advocate Health Partners for alleged negligence.
Gary Schuh filed a complaint on Nov. 7 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants left sponges inside his abdomen during surgery.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Bella Feinstein of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
