John Hildebrand, Rawn Reinhard, Christy Reinhard, Neil Wagner and Jennifer Wagner filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants constructed a 22-unit residential mixed-use development that violates the city's Urban Design Guidelines.

They are represented by Peter M. Stasiewicz of Arcturus Law Firm in Chicago.
