CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Norwegian-American Hospital Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Rochelle Green-Donaldson, special administrator of the estate of Andre Donaldson, filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to diagnose and treat Donaldson's hypoxia, which allegedly caused him to suffer cardio-respiratory arrest.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by J. Matthew Dudley of Dudley & Lake LLC in Libertyville.
