CHICAGO — A woman is suing Tanya Stanish, Michelle Lawless and Schiller, DuCanto & Fleck LLP for alleged breach of duty and negligence.

Olya Marie Czenko filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to properly represent her in court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered financial damages from paying for the case she filed, but she allegedly did not receive the results she wanted, including having her marriage dissolved and receiving child support payments. The plaintiff alleges the defendants billed her excessively for their services, but failed to make progress on the dissolution of her marriage.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Jeffrey Ogden Katz and Peter J. Evans of The Patterson Law Firm in Chicago.
