CHICAGO — A woman is suing Windmill Nursing Pavilion, Dynamic Healthcare Consultants and a nurse for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and wrongful death.
Cheryl Sims, independent administrator of the estate of Theodore Harvey, filed a complaint on Dec. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Harvey suffered a fall that allegedly caused an acute ankle fracture, an oblique fracture of the distal fibula and an avulsion fracture.
