CHICAGO — A woman is suing dentist Allison E. Lindsey, Crete Dental Group P.C. and Dixon Dental Studios Ltd. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Mary Hill filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she sustained physical injuries and great pain in December 2015 after portions of her healthy teeth allegedly were shaved off. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide a bridge for her teeth based on the size and color of her existing teeth.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount equal or less than $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by John F. Shonkwiler and Stacey M. Shonkwiler of Leland Grove Law LLC in Flosmoor.
