CHICAGO — A couple is suing Pirch Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Christopher Duhon and Margaret Duhon filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging they paid the defendants for appliances that they allegedly never received.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant for actual damages of $35,904 and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Charles B. Lewis and Adam L. Gill of Duane Morris LLP in Chicago.
