CHICAGO — A woman is suing Regency Rehabilitation Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Tomasa Agosto filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she fell and suffered physical injuries on May 2, 2017, when the automatic entrance doors allegedly closed and struck her.
