CHICAGO — A man is suing Transitional Care Center of Arlington Heights LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Eugene Filice filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he suffered a fall that allegedly resulted in a cracked tooth that required a root canal. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise him to address his risk of falling.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Michael J. Eisenberg of Rosenberg, Eisenberg & Associates LLC in Arlington Heights.
