CHICAGO — A man is suing Brixmor Property Group Inc., Ultra Foods, Tim's Snowplowing Inc. and Integro Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Daniel Horak filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained physical injuries when he allegedly slipped and fell on ice in their parking lot. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to remove the accumulation of ice in the parking lot of their property.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Russell Haugen of Woodruff Johnson & Evans in Aurora.
