CHICAGO — A company is suing Wine & Dine Premier Hospitality for alleged breach of contract.
Anserteam Workforce Solutions filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant terminated their contractual agreement without 30 days prior notice.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly billing work through the plaintiff's competitor, which allegedly is a breach of the contract.
