CHICAGO — A company is suing the Illinois Gaming Board for alleged violations of due process.
Backwaters Bar & Grill Inc. filed a complaint on April 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants revoked its video gaming establishment license based on false representations.
The plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment against the defendants, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff also seeks to declare that the board's order revoking its license is void. The plaintiff is represented by Dennis A. Berkson in Chicago.
